🎙A Career in Interventional Radiology – with Dr. Sundar
Dr. Sundar is a Consultant Interventional Radiologist at University Hospital Hairmyres, NHS Lanarkshire, with a diverse clinical background spanning India and the UK. He trained in Clinical Radiology in India and completed specialist Interventional Radiology training in Liverpool, where he later served as a Consultant at the University Hospitals of Liverpool NHS Foundation Trust before relocating to Scotland in 2022.
With a strong interest in education and academic excellence, Dr. Sundar is a senior examiner for the Royal College of Radiologists’ FRCR Part 1 Clinical Radiology examination and a recipient of the prestigious Frank Doyle Medal. His clinical practice encompasses a wide range of interventional procedures, and he brings a wealth of international and cross-institutional experience to his role.
