🎙 A Career in Interventional Oncology – with Dr. Saeed Khayyat
Dr. Saeed Khayyat is an ST5 Interventional Radiology Trainee, soon to be joining the Sheffield training programme after completing the past four years of radiology training in Wales. He graduated Medical School in Jordan before moving to the NHS, where he has worked for the past six years across South Wales, including University Hospital Wales and the Grange University Hospital.
Alongside his clinical training, Dr. Khayyat has been actively involved in research, with experience as a research assistant in vascular surgery and as an Associate Principal Investigator for the CLARITY trial in Wales. His academic contributions include multiple posters presented at national and international meetings such as BSIR, CIRSE, and PAIRS.
